I specialize in working with those who struggle with or love someone who struggles with understanding/regulating their feelings and anyone who had ever been confused about why the acted the way they did in that moment. Thoughts, feelings, and actions are complicated concepts and understanding why we do what we do in certain situations can be confusing. Working toward better understanding these concepts and learning tools to slow down our response times is invaluable to reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and feelings of being out of control.
